Default 99 civic si problem starting... New swap

Just took out my b16 obd2 and put in a gsr turboed obd1.

Everything is hooked up right
Gets gas
Gets Spark
Has compression
Tried another ecu
The starter is fine
Wiring is all good
fuses are good

It don't sound like it wants to start at all.. Its like its just spinning, I don't get it

What the hell could it be?

The b16 had a crank sensor but the gsr don't.

What ecu are you running? If it's an obd2, that's most likely your problem. The ecu would be looking for that crank sensor. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, it's been one of those days...

Sounds like a crank sensor to me. You already beat me to the timing. SO ONTO THE CRANK SENSOR BANDWAGON I GO

Its obd1 conversion harness and obd1 Ecu.

Already tried another obd1 Ecu also.

It can't be crank sensor cause the gsr don't have one.
