98 honda civic body
i have these mud flaps or whatever i talk off my civic its a 98 honda civic dx, well im wondering how i get them back on does anyone know a site on how to or can tell me how?

theres screws, i took them off a while ago , i messed with it for a while and the way i had them didnt look right and they kinda interfeer with the wheel the way i had them
