Default 95 CX with D16Z6

I locked up my stock 1.5 and replaced it with a D16Z6. I can't get the car to start. Timing is right. Checked the P28 and dizzy in my other hatch, they both work. Checked compression, 180#'s, or so on all 4. Swaped out main relay also, even though I could hear the fuel pump kicking on. Checked all fuses. Even bypassed the ignition switch incase it was bad. The computer gave me a code 15, which is ignition output signal. I have no clue what this means. I'm out of ideas, if I can't figure it out she will go to the shop at the end of the month.

1-3-4-2 I believe.

Also, make sure ALL grounds are secured.

Yea, I checked the Tstat ground and the tranny ground. Also the one that goes from the valve cover to the front of the car. Are their any others that would stop it from running?

Not sure, I believe you got all of them. Are you getting strong spark signals? Fuel?

Can't be to hard to figure out.

From what I can tell I am not getting good spark or any. Granted I am doing this by myself so I can only get so close to the spark plug when I am turning it over. It is doing this wierd thing, after I crank it over, if I turn my key to the II position the plugs will fire. It is just a weak spark, it looks orange in color. Other than that I don't seem to be getting any spark. I am getting fuel.
