Default '95 Civic Cluster Problem

I was getting off the interstate the other day and the cluster in my 95 ex cut off, everything, from speedo to temp. The corner light had fallen out at the same time, putting tension on the lines im guessing. I have checked all fuses, bulbs. Is there a relay that could be causing it to mess up. The brake lights, corners work, but no turn signal. Can someone please help me shed some light on this problem?

Justin

Know this sounds odd but, have you checked your hazard switch? If that becomes unplugged, signals don't work.....
