ok so i just finished my auto to 5 spd swap and it drove fine and shifts fine but...

when i slow down and its in neutral it shakes like crazy, then i put it in gear while i slow down and it stops.....

but everytime its in nuetral and i slow down it shakes like crazy,

anybody know what this can be

Can you feel it in the stick shift, or steering wheel, or is it the whole front end?

you cant feel it in the shifter, and its not the steering wheel,

its coming from the rear end.

CHECK YOUR EFFIN DRIVESHAFT BOLTS!!!!!!!!!! and if thats not it check u joints

i was thinking of it being out of balanced also, where can i go to get it balanced?

gregories driveshaft in va beach will check the balance

ill check that out soon, im goin gto replace my carrier bearing and see if its that

But the weird thing is, if the shaft is out of balance...it should be doing this shit at higher rpm/speed. It only does it when the car is coming to a stop. Doesnt do it when its in gear but the moment you're coming to a stop and you pop it out of gear, it start droning.

yeah idk ray, would u think its the carrier bearing? or would that be the same way, doing it all the time,

im going to take it up to work with me tomorrow and have them look at it
