Default 94 LS-auto to 95 GSR-5spd swap

A friend of mine swapped out his automatic LS motor with a 5spd GSR motor. The car is a 94 LS and the GSR 5spd motor came from a wrecked 95. Everything runs fine, using the GSR ECU and everything. There's just a few plugs that don't have a home. The VTEC and AC isn't working... that's the only things I could tell. Other than that, the swap went fine. Anyone can help out with fixing those things?

did you get a 95 gsr wire harness and if you kept the ls one your going to have extra tranny plugs from switching to 5 speed

I think they used the 5spd harness on the engine but kept the LS harness from the firewall to the computer.
