94 civ revs at idle
I just put a radiator from a 98 ex into my 94 ex d16z6, and ever since i did this the car:
when cold revs from 2-2500 rpm at idle
when warm revs from 1500-2 rpm at idle
it used to stop when it warmed up but after racing a few times it wouldnt even do that. any help would be greatly appreciated

Sounds like you need to "burp" the cooling system. "Burping" the cooling system allows trapped pockets of air to escape, which is probably causing the idle flunctuations that you are experiencing.

maybe the car just wants to race so it revs up to let ya know or did the car used to belong to a ricer that reved all the time and it is trying to find the orignal owner.
Probly just needs to be burped.

for ur other question, when i had to clean my iacv all i did was take off the hose leading to it and have someone crank that car after and during me spraying carb/intake cleaner. worked like a charm

I would have said IAC too, but the problem did not start until after he had swapped radiators, which to me, sounds like air in the cooling system...
Too bad it's not just a blown fuse, right Brad? (inside joke)
