i just had my car multiported and i got it back and now the warning lights and ecu come on sometimes even when the key is not in the ignition. i was driving it with no issues and every once in awhile it was hesistating a little bit. when leavin the light it jus started hesistating to the point the car shut off. any help would be appreciated

Possibly corroded battery terminals? I had this happen to me before and I just replaced the terminal and cleaned the posts.

found the issue wire had broke goin to the dizzy thats why it cut off and had no start issue fixed

So a broken wire going to the distributor was causing things to turn on without the key in the ignition? Sounds like you have more than one problem here.
