91 Acura Integra RS A/C question.
-edit- its a little early and its not my 91 DA its my 89 DA. Sorry for the confusion.
So I'm attempting to get the A/C working in this car and the A/C condenser turns on when I run power to it directly, but not when normally hooked up. I'm thinking a fuse somewhere is blown. Anyone know where that fuse would be?
Anyone have any similar problems?
Also is it possible that since the A/C system is completely drained that the condenser wouldn't turn on as a built in safety feature to keep it from damaging itself?

the system has a low pressure cut out switch... to check if u have any freon n the system at all take the cap off, if it still has it on it, and push in the little pin, itl kinda look like a tire valve stem coming off of the a/c lines. if it leaks out(like lettin air out of a tire) then u know u still have a charge, but it may b low. and its got r12 in it which is f'n outrageous on price. just convert it over to 134 itl b alot cheaper. if it doesnt make any noise when u try to vent it, then u prob have a leak and need to check where its at. hope this helps
Is the front of the condenser spinning??? through the eyeglass on the line(tiny box with a piece of glass so you can see the refrigerant) can you see the freon? is it bubbly?
