88 Rex NEED HELP BAD
i have a 1988 crx si with a single cam zc swap and the other day it was reving funny it would stick at 2k - 6k rpm. i didn't jump timing, i have spark, the car will turn over wont start now but when it would it only stay on for a min. or so and cut out but if you gave it any gas it would shut off right then... the fuel pump cut on - n - send fuel when u first turn on the car to the fuel filter but not when i'm crankin it over...... Not throwin any codes.. and have a new fuel filter..
ANY IDEAS PLEASE HELP NEED THIS CAR UP AND RUNNING I HAVE A 3 MONTH OUT THANK YOU.......

SOUNDS LIKE your dizzy you fool.....WHY HAVE A CRX if you don't know how to identify problems!
Change your distributor
and your ignition coil
That should fix it!!!
AS a matter of fact....
I have both of those parts BRAND NEW! WHY won't you send your Girl to come pick them up!
Then you can drive around the 3 month year old baby thats NOT YOURS!!

matter of fact i have 3 dizzy that work and my car still wont start soo before you run your mouth.. better make sure you know what your talking about

i have change the rotor cap with 2 other and change the rotor bottom with 3 other, i have spark with the wires and at the plugs and i have 120psi all the way across n they are in the right order

and the vacuum line are all going where they should i mean this car has been running for a yr since i got it and the other day it just would stick at all types of rpms and now it wont start.... will crank over tho

yeah 120psi seems way low for that motor.
when was the last time you changed the headgasket?
not saying thats the problem, but im wondering why you have 120psi across your cyl.
