4g63t into 92 elantra
Ive got a guy that wants me to do this swap for him, and it is new to me. From what I have heard its direct swap, any information or websites that I can do more research on would be greatly appreciated.

Re: 4g63t into 92 elantra
It should be fairly simple, much like swapping a 4g63t ino a n/t 1g dsm. I'm assuming it is the elantra that is built off the same platform as the 4g63. correct? Motor mounts you should be ok with, the tranny mount I am not sure if you will need to replace it or not.
You will need a 4g63t fwd tranny or to shave the clutch alignment dowell rod off and put in at least stage 2 clutch. Then of course the ecu and the rest shoudl be explanatory. Many people have done the swap before. However don't get me wrong.. a 4g63t is a complexed swap.. It's not your average honda motor.. there is a lot of shit under the hoods of our dsms.
But I don't know 100% ask Bandit I think he had this swap in an excel at one time. He might be able to tell you more about it than I can.
