Depending on if the carpet is beginning to deteriorate.

Your windshield is more than likely the culprit, but not guaranteed.

Start off the cheapest route: Grab an air gun and blow through the sunroof drains. There are four of them: One in each of the front wheel wells (you must pull the splash guard down) and two in the trunk on each side. If the front floorboard is flooding then it probably isn’t the trunk drains.

I know you’re busy this week but you need to vacuum the water out of the car ASAP. Pull the seats and carpet out, or back. Use fans to dry the carpet out.
I had this same problem with my ’95 EX but luckily I worked in a detail shop where we did this everyday so I had plenty of room to lay stuff out / store the car.

Once you have the carpet back, you can have a friend pour water starting at the top of the windshield and work down to determine the source.

Windshield resealing runs around $100 from a quality place.

Good luck!

They're pretty much in-line with the A pillars towards the top/back part of the wheel well.

Jack the car up!

Just get it professionally sealed so you don't create more problems.

alright, today i checked all 4 of the drains (2 in the wheel hubs) and 2 in the back near the trunk) all worked perfectly no drains at all, i tested w/ water and co2. clean as a whistle... so only 1 thing left... the seal itself. ill take it to an autobody shop today.. how much do you think that'll run me?

Has the car ever been broken into? After thieves pried my window back my car leaks from the top of the window where the A-Pillar is.
