1991 crx si wont start need help please :(
just did a motor swap as i bought the car as a shell. i swapped a d15b2 non v tec with skunk 2 im and the stock si mpfi harness. pm6 ecu and kept everything obd0. my started signal fuse doesnt get power so the car wont crank. i ran a "hotwire" to the fuse and it will crank but no start.a few things i have noticed is there are 2 wires on the ecu plugs look cut but there are no extra inlets on the plug itsself? 1 white/yellow and 1 white with silver dots. are these necessary? also under the dash by the clutch there is a white 4 prong plug that i can not find any info or as of where it may plug into.. those wire colors are black/red black/white black/white and a smaller wire which is blue and black.

sounds like you're getting power. probably the problem lies within that ecu harness. monotech has a pretty decent ecu conversion on ebay. i chased my tail for days until i contacted them to send me over a new one and my car started right up.
