So does an engine swap. How many people really look under the hood at your gleaming 1992 auto tranny SOHC non-VTEC Accord engine with the APC intake? Spend your time and money on doing more worthwhile modifications.. Maybe paint the hubcaps.

considering its dirt cheap to do this and really doesnt take long what does it matter to you what he decides to do to his car?

It doesn't matter to me, but it's a useless mod and gives twice the voltage drop for a given length of wire when the car is started. You're going backward in terms of performance unless you're doing this for weight distribution.
