This setup is for EK Civics '96-'00 I think. You can get the struts from ebay for $135 each after shipping:
Bilstein Struts Front
And the rears for $135 each after shipping too:
Bilstein Rear Shocks
$422 new on ebay for the whole set I think (sorry for the mistake, it was the price for each, not the whole set.

Shocks will fit 96-00 Civics, springs will fit 92-00 civics and 94-01 integras.
