with the H-4 hi/lo. Does it use the HID bulb for the HI beam setting or just an bright white incandecent bulb

Runs a brighter white halogen bulb like your stock bulb for your hi beams along with the h.i.d bulb as your low beam.

Philips dosn't have a 12k. 4200 and 6000k our your choices. If you want a 12k kit, sure we can ship you one no problem but its going to be our brand not philips. Ill pm you a price on that.
