hey whats up ppl....aight i got a complete gsr swap with a cracked number 1 piston and a complete ls swap..and im about to boost.......what are the pros and cons of each...

should i...

fix gsr and run that motor and trans

ls/vtec and run ls trans

ls/vtec and run gsr trans.....

what yall think would be best for 8-10psi or a lil more with 50 trim t3/t4?

LS/turbo with the GSR tranny. Don't boost a stock LS/VTEC and expect it to last for very long.

y?if im only revvin to 7200 ...i wont stretchany rods...and puttin the vtec head on should rais compression that much?......so why?....just would like to know...thanks

why ls over gsr?

boost the ls and us the ls tranny because it has longer gears than the gsr does. if you use the gsr you will be going through gears like crazy

any honda motor that is stock boosted isnt gonna last very long without a really good tune.

you are fucking stupid as shit. the key to a low boost ls/t is using a gsr tranny. now a b16 tranny or type R WOULD be too short of gears. I rode in a ls/t with a b16 tranny and with the lower redline he was out of gear at 105-110, but the gsr tranny works real well.
