whats the difference between 96-98 civic hood and a 99-00 hood, i know the head lights and fenders are different, but is there is difference between the hoods???

well obviously if the fenders and headlights are different the hood is gonna be different

If you want to know if they are interchangeable, NO THEY ARE NOT. The difference in space between the headlights and shape of the fenders should be a dead giveaway.
