whats the difference between 96-98 civic hood and a 99-00 hood, i know the head lights and fenders are different, but is there is difference between the hoods???

If you want to know if they are interchangeable, NO THEY ARE NOT. The difference in space between the headlights and shape of the fenders should be a dead giveaway.

you could still put it on there, but it would be stupid... kinda like clown shoes: dont fit, look gay, impractical, good for a laugh...
