Will a 94 LS H20 Pump fit a 94 GSR?

I'm not sure. All vtec water pumps are the same, even though they have different parts numbers.

Is there a reason you can't get a GSR pump?

It will work, but you have to run a integra ls timing belt, a buddy of mine ran into that problem, so stick with the gsr vtec water pump.....because the ls is 19t and the vtec is 22t, so use the vtec water pump and timing belt and you will be fine...
