Default auto-to-manual conversion

I was just wondering if anyone knows what I would need (parts) to do an auto to manual transmission swap. I was also wondering if anyone would be willing to do it, how much would you charge?
this is for a 95 integra LS.
thanks

It would be much easier to buy one thats manual. Labor alone will run you about $1,000 to do the conversion.
