Injectors or SAFCII first?
I was curious as to know which I should get first. I only have enough money to get one or the other for now until the payday after next. I drive a 2GNT Talon w/ Star Stage II setup and want to further upgrade my fuel to safely boost 8-10 psi on demand, but not daily. My injectors are currently stock, but I have a Vortech FMU (it's a 10 I think, pretty sure), and a Walbro 190mL fuel pump. I'am looking to get more than 200 hp to the wheels, but less than 300. I also still have stock internals on the 420A, no timing has been tweaked, no pulleys or cam gears. So, bigger injectors first, or SAFC/AFC? Please no responses such as..."Sell that piece of chrysler crap and get a 4g63". LOL, thanks all.

Yes, my car's for sale, but I'm still tryin' to get the best out of it.

you need to buy both, if you buy bigger injectors your car will not run right without being able to pull fuel, depending on what size injectors you have it will run crazy rich or not run at all without pulling fuel out throughout the rpm band and at idle, which is where the afc comes into play, most stock computers will not correct anything over 5-10% and depending on what your injectors selection may be it could be 4 times that much.......
Crap, I had no idea both played a large part on each other. I have a set of 550cc injectors coming in next week..... I guess I'll be setting back my tinting appointment, lol. Thanks, I'll get the AFC as soon as possible, paycheck, paycheck, paycheck I need a better paying @$$ job.
You need both for the car to run right. If you want a set of good set of 450cc injectors from a turbo DSM for $65 let me know rather than spending $200+ on a set of RC's if your low on budget. The 450cc will be plenty for 10psi with that turbo. Also make sure your get a adj fuel pressure reg, pressure gauge, and larger fuel pump.

Fuel Pressure Regulator, A Gauge to keep track of it, better/larger fuel pump and possibly a new resistor pack for the pump.
Well.... I think the Vortech FMU will do me fine, as well as the Walbro pump. But, the 450cc injectors would be great. I have a 420A, so if the injectors fit 420A then I'm all business, thanks.
