Default ? about horsepower

I have installed a AEM short ram intake and I can tell a small difference than befor, but I was wondering what else I can do to get more horsepower without swaping engines.

ALso with installing a intake should it decrese the amount of miles you can get to a tank of gas?

I have a 96 accord 4-banger VTEC

aftermarket header, exhaust, cam, etc. you really would be better in the long run swapping that motor out for an h22a if you are serious about modding your car. if you only want a little bit extra, just do bolt ons. you wont really notice a change in your gas consumption unless you change the way you drive your car (ie - get on it more often). btw, it's VTEC.
