Default Keep blowing power window and power lock fuses

I changed out all my speakers today and after putting everything back together I noticed everytime I try to unlock my doors the fuse blows, but I can lock them without it blowing. The window fuse also blows if I try to use the master power window switch. If I use the power window switch attached to any passenger door the window works fine, but not with the master window switch.

Its a 01 civic lx

The power lock switch is seperate from the master power window switch.

The radio and all the speakers work fine.

Any help or ideas will be great

Check your radio harness to see if anything like the illumination wire is grounding it. I put a new system in my old del sol, and I had a similar problem. Take a look at the wiring schematic in the haynes manual and make sure nothing is grounding itself.

Let me know how that goes. and Good luck

You might have pinched a wire in your door panel when you put them back on. Take the door panel back off, plug in the door/window switch unit with the door panel still off, and check everything out. I'm guessing you'll find the problem.

That was the problem, the passenger door pinched the one of the window wires and power door locks.
