Default Machine Shop in NOVA

Hello everyone. I am looking for a good machine shop in the NOVA area to bore out the block on my F22. I don't need the engine built just this work and maybe some mild head work done. I looked through the list of shops on here, but didn't really find one that said it specialized in machine work. I would appreciate any recommendations along with reason for the recommendation. Thanks in advance!

Check out Tysons Machine. Im getting my block and head freshened up there. They're supposed to be the best around (so I've heard from fellow racers and mechanics).

thanks! I had heard that shops name thrown around before. I just gave them a call and they were very helpful and seemed to have very good pricing! Although they don't do any porting or polishing. Oh well, at least I can get the block done through them. thanks again!

we used them at my dealership and they did some pretty shitty work, not to mention they were entirly too expensive. From that experience alone I doubt I would use them, but thanks for the input.

C&C did mine, very expensive though. I was impressed by the guys at Fairfax Auto Parts (on 29), they seem to be well qualified and the prices are fair, however, never had them do a personal block.
