Default is it worth it?

i talked to a guy today and he is selling his 98 yz250...it needs a cylinder and rebuild...he has the full top in rebuild kit i just have to buy the cyclinder...the bike has aftermarket forks and bars, new tires, fmf fatty ans silencer.....he is also throwing in a 94 kawasaki (excuse my spelling) with the buy the kaw is a enduro bike with a 220cc motor but also needs a cyclinder..the kaw comes with an extra cylinder

all of this for 600 dollars is it worth it????

the cylander for the yami will run about 350 then a piston 80 and gaskets 40 if you do the work yourself then you will have a 1800 bike if clean with 1100 in it all together ( not bad ) the kawi isent worth mutch... might find someone to give you a few hundred for the kawi or fix it and have a street legal beater could be fun

i would do it. 2 smokers are easy to rebuild and you might even be able to bore or resleeve the cylinder.
