I'v reached a hard decision
It seems everytime I get up enough money to go ahead and get coilovers, somthing I cant pass up comes along and drains the money.
This time, I'm being offerd an STI bottom end for dirt cheap. It'd cost me around 1500 (give or take a couple hundred) once everything is cleaned, resurfaced, installed, tuned, ect. Which it would normally cost me over double that if i bought the bottom end from someone else. And i planned of spend around the same on coilovers

It would help if we knew what you're looking to get out of your car. If you want to make it faster then I say go for the block, but if you are happy with the car's performance then get the coilovers. I know what sounds pretty obvious, but it's just gonna depend on the end result you want.
Personally I'd go with coilovers for now. You car makes good power IMO.
Good luck

i wouldn't be able to pass up on good deals.. i'd go with the bottom end unless you feel you can pick another one up (or something comparable) in the future.
I was in the same boat and I found some BNIB eibach 2" lower springs on ebay for 30+shipping so it solved my ride-height problem for now. If i want i can revalve the stock Bilsteins but they are holding for now.
