ok i know im not the only one that has this problem, stock wrinkle finish valve covers, how the fuck do you clean them without just spreading the dirt around or making it worse? anyone know some good cleaners for this?

yeah i think its called black magic or something, its a full engine cleaner you can use it on the whole motor.

well its a brand new valve cover from honda and it was getting dirty, just wanted to clean it without staining it. thanks i'll try some one them on an old vc to see which works best.

purple power with a good spray...then top it off with some dressing
