pros = probably looks cooler than stock airbox
should be less restrictive than stock air filter
cons = probably no noticeable performance gain
much more expensive than generic filter that probably nets same HP gain
usually sticks air filter in hard to reach spot (vs short-ram)

Pros - colder air... cold air makes a world of difference on a turbo... like 30 degress before the turbo results in 60 degress after the turbo.. I had the equation and some drag cars actually use coolers before the turbo because it has a more effective effect on the charge
Cons - bad spot for water and cleaning... NO SHORT RAMS on turbos... HOT AIR IS SO F'ing BAD... the equation works both ways.. 30 degree hotter air will make it even HOTTER after the turbo...
hey brad...i put an Injen CAI on mine...its awesome. not hard to install at all. hardest part was tightening filter. i can show ya if you want sometime...just email me if you're interested. oh yeah this is Josh McClaire. bue!

Sorry, but I noticed no difference putting my filter farther away from my compressor, than right there next to it.
Maybe some others did, but not I.

Its not goin to give you a umphh in the power band.. its goin to give you a colder charge... same thing a intercooler does.. just goin to be doin it DURING the compression process..
