DC2:will a 94-97 tranny work in a 98-01

my auto tranny in my integra threw a CEL code (P0740 if youre wondering) the other day and i might need to replace and there is one on here for pretty cheap. and also around how much is it to get it installed?

does anyone know if you can take the torque converter clutch solenoid off a 95 and put it in a 99?

the 96-99 transmission are different than the 94-95 transmissions. do the selonoids unbolt from the transmission externally? and if so.....do they look the same?
