Hey what up, friends gotta fully built GSR he bought off somone on here. already installed in 00 civic sedan. Its got a smalllll leak around the head. coming near dizzy or cam cap seal. but you can not see it leaking from anywhere just after you have driving it for a while oil will be there...he said its not coming from neither of those... It is also eating up antifreeze.... I was thinking head gasket since its leaking oil slightly while driving, and antifreeze is going away....But its got a Cometic gasket on it with only about 4000miles. Its possed to be a freshly built 9:1 cr engine with 4000miles on it. anyone have any ideas where to check?

 

That is where the oil passage is on the vtec head and they are prone to leak there, i haved never had to fix one so i can't help much

yeah, well main thing we wondering where could the antifreeze be going? there is no leaks.

 

should have bought my built swap. but yea check your vtec solenoid, and about the antifreeze check see if you have any leaks anywhere
