IVE TRIED 3 TIMES AND ITS SAYS MY EMAIL ADDRESS HAS BEEN BANNED SOMEONE TELL ME HOW TO CHANGE MY FREAKING EMAIL ADDRESS TO MY NEW ONE

Maybe it's because you've been banned? Judging by the fact that you're using your caps lock, I'd say it's a good assumption.

Click on your User CP on the top menu, then click "Edit Email & Password".

same thing happens to me when I try to change my email address. I've never been banned, that i know of.

it doesnt accept certain emails, hotmail being one.
