Who redrills brake rotors?

I have twin turbo Z rotors and I am retrofitting them on a B13 Sentra SE-R(its been done before) doeas anybody know any shops that redrills lug patterns on Brake rotors I tried C & C they don't have the proper machine to do that.

how does that affect their integrity? doesn't prone them to cracking?

Joe why wouldn't you ask me first. If you take them to my brother he could get the drilled same day for a real good price.
