I have a reckless driving and have to go to court at the 14th, but I might get my car sold this week. Is anything wrong with selling my car? or do I have to wait after the court is done. Sorry for the noob question, I have no clue...

Another question, my car has a lien on it and the guy buying it is geting a loan from a bank to buy my car, how does this transaction go? This is my firts car and my first deal so please tell me how should this go down. Thanks in advance.

 

I don't see why owning the car would have anything to do with a reckless ticket.

 

No reason not to sell it. His bank writes your bank the check, your bank writes a check to pay off the lean, gives his bank the title, then you get anything left over.

 

I guess it's not just me getting these tickets lol. How fast and where?
