Default DA proportioning valve location?

I am buying a rear disc conversion for my EF and I need to tell the nice gentleman where the brake proportioning valve is on his 90 Integra so he can remove it for me. Also, will I need the ebrake cable as well or will mine work since I have a sedan? I've heard you had to change out the cables on the hatches. Thx for help guys
