Let motor cool. Spray exhaust manifold bolts with penetrating oil and let them sit for a minute. Loosen but do not take off.

Jack up automobile, secure with jackstands. Loosen exhaust manifold to catalytic converter bolts and remove bolts. Finish removing exhaust manifold bolts.

Removal is normally under the car. Take old exhaust manifold out and place new header in place.

Installation is reverse of removal.

Your welcome.

Installing a header is mostly common sense, but idriveahonda did a pretty good job of walking you through it.

^^^Thanks. I forgot to mention. On some Honda's, there are two bolts that connect the exhaust manifold to the bottom of the block. You would have to take those off as well, but I figured if you saw those holding it on you would take them off as well.

and if your having a hard time removing it, just unclip it and drag it out with the manifold, then use a normal wrench and get it off. It's waht I always do.
