I have my car running, idle is a whole lot better, but it still has a misfire between 1-3krpms, I know what the problem may since im getting a code 43 which is my tps.

Here is a video of my motor when the belt tensioner loosens up and you can here it hit the cam cover haha. Dont worry im not driving it around. I was using my digital camera so the quality is not the greatest.

i hate fucking around with belt tensioners. mine was doing the same thing a few weeks ago.
