b16a ecu code 7

I gotta 91 crx hf w/ b16a 5 spd. I'm gettin' 7 short flashes on my ecu? And when i'm cruzin along it'll bog down slightly but regain when i give it gas.

tps, did you just put the b16 in it? cuase you have to flip two wires since the tps turns backwards on the b than a d. otherwise replace, or re calibrate tps.

can i reset the computer by disconnecting the battery? I've adjusted the tps and the engine light doesn't come on anymore, but the computer still flashes the same code.
