Thursday Night #2: FUCKED UP
Yeah ummm dokedoke...you're pathetic...yeah...definitely. What is it with people nowadays? always so quick to pick up a gun. Instead if you want to confront someone, why dont people use their fists? does it hurt their manicure? WTF?!?! If you just plain fight, at least you both are alive...
supa man i'm glad your ok. i was shot at in a car jacking once. scary shit. shitty situation. i bet when he left u were thinking of all kinds of shit u wish u had done diff. i know i was when that shit happened to me but u def should have reported it. u weren't doing anything wrong and i'm sure the police would have understood. i wish i was around when it happened. he would have def meet the authoritys that night.

The issue isn't what you say when someone is pointing a gun at you. That's just survival. But can you not comment if someone is acting like an ass? If someone pulls up, and smacks you with the car door, do you just shut up and walk away, leaving nothing said? I doubt it. Once again, Supa wasn't in the wrong. The dick with the gun was. This is like blaming the rape on the victim.
Furthermore, I and many others around have/do put their lives on the line so that a kid can sit in the parking lot and say what he feels at the moment as long as he's not hurting someone else. To say "You shouldn't talk to anyone or speak your mind because you deserve to get shot if you do" is just absurd.
As far as practicing being smart, he's still here isn't he? Smart enought.
Not smart is pulling a gun in a parking lot full of people, some of whom are law abiding citizens with concealed weapons permits.

And someone smacking me with a door is a completely different issue. Supa didn't get assaulted before he made his comment. It's... "Hey, some stranger is acting stupid in a parking lot. Let me confront him publically with a group of people here with me who don't like him either." It's not always about right and wrong... right and wrong matters in the court room after your funeral. And just because someone isn't pointing a gun at you yet doesn't mean it's not about survival.
I agree... Supa was right, accord boy was wrong. But that's not at all what I'm talking about.

I never blamed supa for doing anything or said he was wrong in any way. I never condoned the actions of the guy with the gun either. My comment was stating that just because you have the right to do something doesn't mean it's in your best interests to do so. There are plenty of people out there who don't follow the law and won't respect you just because you do. Just because a beautiful female has the right to walk down dark alleys at night alone in a bad neighborhood doesn't mean it's a good fucking idea.

That's exactly what he's saying. I'm sure you would give up a lot of your rights when you're staring down the barrel of a gun. You just don't know people these days... even if he has the right to say something to him... if you die, was it worth it? You never know who's gonna flip out and who's gonna obey. Sometimes you need to practice being smart instead of worrying about everyone else. You can't shout "but I have the right under the law of the US to talk shit to you" to someone who isn't following the same rules by pulling a gun.

Its also better to die a young and noble "sticking up for your rights"......
Than it is to die old and cowardly not fighting for your rights.....
But im more on principle than Technicality.........

pussies fight with guns....men can handle their business with their fists.if someone pulls a gun on me,they better use it and use it correctly or they'll be picking up their teeth with broken fingers.happened before,it'll happen again.best thing you can do in that situation is stay calm.which you did, cause you're still here.but i think something needs to be done to that guy in one way or another.whatever you decide...good luck, and i hope you have better times hanging out in the future.
hmm i'll talk with an officer tonight and get this reported, if you saw it, please pm me asap so I have a witness stand, and yes, this was pretty scary shit, i've had it happen before only it was closer and at my face, but that was straightened out quicker but this guy in the accord just stayed there for 5 minutes :\
People that carry guns need to stop carrying guns and carry fists.
