Man I have to tell you, I'm at work and I have been all 4 pages of this thread, and I have not read one bullshit comment yet.... but one.
I agree with the illegal immagration problem. I'm Peruvian, born there but raised in NOVA, but I grew up watching my parents struggle. My dad had to go through dental school twice in his life. Once in Peru, and again in the states. My had supported us with like 3 jobs as a psychologist while my dad was in school again. I had a great childhood (I'm 18) even though my parents struggled. I have never been in a gang, I have come close.
Immagrants children do not tend to become gang members because of jelousy, but because of peer pressure and the feeling of being protected and not alone. It's the areas of which they live in, not because where they come from and their homes. And no it's the kids fault for being pressured or because their parents are illegal, but the influence of their parents, and their upbringing by them. If your kids have bad friends, you don't let them be around them. If your kid did something wrong, you punish them. Trial and error is how life is. Some poeple make it, some people don't.
