This is what I wrote in the first post of this topic.
I only brought up this topic to 'learn' more about FWD cars and get viewpoints from people that drive them. This wasn't intended to be a "my balls are bigger than yours" thread. I never was looking for trouble or to brag.
If I wanted trouble, I woulda just simply said "RWDs are awesome and all FWD guys suck" or something like that but i didnt.
Everything I wrote are all specifically MY viewpoints and I wanted to hear yours, not just "_WD is better," I wanted to hear some reasoning. This isnt a vote to tally up how many people like what, it was just supposed to be a simple debate.
When I say "skills" I meant becoming better as a "well rounded person" who can handle a wider range of cars with different capabilities. I'm STILL not talking about who can drift better or drag race better or who can make lap times shorter. An example of "skills" is that, anybody can drive a car, fewer people can drive stick, even fewer people can handle a big rig with stick and heavier weight, and so on.
We have all kinds people on this forum, like people who buy and maintain their own cars vs people that have new cars given to them and auto vs manual drivers, and RWD vs FWD is just another category. I'm sure there are heated discussions with those topics, and I dont expect this to be any different from the rest.
All I was asking is for your own viewpoints.
I am on a bunch of forums and I thought that VaDriven would be able to give me the best answers. Drifting forums are mostly for RWD cars so I wouldnt get enough viewpoints about FWD cars.
I'm writing this topic just for everyone to express opinions. I dont want to be bashed on this. I would like to take this opportunity to hear from what others have to say about their own viewpoints.
