just remember you can buy an adapter to mate a b series tranny to an h series motor...also another side note MANY COMPANIES OFFER SWAP SPECIFIC SUSPENSION SETUPS FOR DC'S AND HATCHES so the handling capabilities are not affected that greatly......just my .02 cause ive done it before...and it works great....92 cx hatch +h22+ i/h/e+50 shot(wet zex kit)+slicks+gs-r tranny+exedy2 clutch=12.04 1/4 times....+ daily driving capabilities

They remind me of when people are building motors and constantly ask others about what the "best" is.

What's the best cams? What's the best intake manifold? What's the best header?

It's not hard to do a little research.

i have done the research know the spec somewhat but it is nice to get feedback from people that have the swap to help in making my mind up plus it really doesn't matter b or h it just matter how much you spend because looking at the specs h22 stock will win but with a little money and love the b will hand it's ass to it but saying that the some can be said about the h

The limit will depend on your turbo, fuel setup, and your tuner. But i ran 1 bar(14.7psi) for three years and am now running 1.2bar(approx 17lbs) for close to a year on the same motor. The headgasket is the original from the honda factory. The head has never been taken off the block, the oilpan was removed once to tap for the return line and thats as far into taking the motor apart as i have gone with this motor.

It's all in the TUNE.

Thats why im finding it easier to say they suck b/c for some reason people find it easier to believe that they suck rather than actually being able to boost them reliably. Even with someone that has it done and has had it done for years telling them it can be done.
