The problem everyone has with illegals isn't that they're trying to find a better life, it's that they're doing it illegally, giving nothing back. I don't want to hear the sob story about how hard it is in their country and why it justifies the way they're fucking up ours.

Immigration made the US what it is today, yes. People coming over to work hard, adapt to the culture, and give back. That's how it's supposed to work. What was once a melting pot has become a salad bowl. None of these fucks want to assimilate, they'd rather have us cater to their cultural needs. Not to mention, we get to deal with their kids who are for the most part involved in gangs, and don't forget the ones who can't spell to save their lives.

It pisses me off everytime someone makes a distinction regarding where they're from when they're living in America. "Spanish pride! Asian pride! Afgan pride!" Just shut the fuck up with that bullshit. Of all the places you choose to announce your pride in, none of them are the actual place you're living in (and no doubt living a better life than you would if living back at your homeland.) This is what I mean when I say we're no longer a melting pot, but a salad bowl instead. Everyone just HAS to be different from one another. I don't mind if people want to carry on their own traditions, but it pisses me off when we get our own shit changed because the minority feels offended by it. Christmas to X-mas, Christmas tree to 'Holiday Tree'... my god.

Maybe now you have a better idea of why Americans are so fed up with illegal foreigners. Oh, and don't get me wrong, we're just as much at fault for hiring you guys.

 

I'm keeping an eye on this thread. Voicing complaints about illegal immigration is fine, HOWEVER, any racial slurs or insults trying to be covered up as a complaint regarding illegal immigration will result in a thread lock, and could result in the user being banned depending on the slur.

Illegal immigration is a problem no matter where the individual is from, so singling out a particular nationality or continent is not valid. I can tell you one thing for sure, Border Patrol has caught numerous Europeans and Asians in addition to South/Latin American and African citizens trying to jump across the border illegally in the same location.

If you want to really help in reforming immigration laws to reduce the number of illegals jumping the fence, contact your representative. I mean, if your going to complain about something, at least complain to somebody who can actually do something to FIX IT.

 

Red light cameras don't activate unless your cross the white line while the light is red. Basically, the light has to turn red. Then, once it does, if you cross the line, there is a little sensor in the white line (which is visible if you look closely enough throughout the entire white line) that can feel a car's weight passing over it, which activates the camera.

Thus, if you're already in the middle of the intersection when the light goes red, you won't get issued a red light ticket.

Also, I read somewhere that a police officer from one of the MD police departments was quoted as saying that even if ur picture is taken, you have a 38 percent chance that the officer who views the photo will not send you a ticket.

 

Yes the illegal immigrant problem is a biggie. I haven't really seen any other city around here that has it worst than HERNDON. The grown ups, from what I've seen are nice hard working people that are just trying to make a living. What sucks is their damn kids in my school and neighborhood alway starting shit. I don't rely on Police and probably never will. They take too damn long. But I don't want to not graduate/ go to jail because some assholes have nothing better to do than start shit. The bla blah PRIDE thing annoys the shit out of me too, whatever race it is.

As far as the cop problem, I've never been pulled over by the FFX CNTY police, but Herndon cops (as many as there are ) seem to be pretty nice.

 

Don't worry, we're not from Southern or middle Virginia. I'm sure nobody on here sits on their porch with daddy's shotgun and shoots at blacks and homosexuals.

I'm not american either, but at least I did the right thing by the right laws when I came to this country. Thats stupid to say that about your father. If he has no green card or visa, and has no paperwork in, and is not a citizen, you just made a mistake. Through this website, and your stupid comments he could be deported, becuase it is so easy to find out who you are,then inturn find him. My stepfather is a GS15 in homeland security. I am way to lazy to do this myself, but if someone on here doesnt like you, it's an hour or less worth of work to ruin lives.

I was driving home from work and i realized a major problem (not only in nova)... seems like everytime someone cuts me off, or is doing 35 in the slow lane, or anything else to piss me off on my drive home.... THEY ARE ON THEIR F***ING CELL PHONES. The evolution of cell phones has made va a bad place to drive in.
