I was confused on one thing in your statment..
Germany, but born in Canada?
I was talking about the exchange program.
I was actually going to swing by your shop to get a price on a paint job for my car.
The shop is still open,please do go by.They are a little busy and dont always answer the phone so just leave a message.
And I thought when a non US citizen marries a US citizen, that they themselves become a citizen of usa?

I really hope everything gets straightened out, and ASAP. I can't imagine you being away from your daughter, Every time I was up there i think you talked about her... I'm currently going through a situation where our wonderful government fucked some paperwork leading to a MAJOR headache (including arrest) so I can agree that it sucks ass. My life is upside down now because of a charge from 2000 when I was 18 that got DROPPED!!!

thanks for all the pm's and offered help.ill be talking with my lawyer in the next two days.hopefully he will give me the best plan of attack!!i will be sure to let everyone who offered to help know what can be done.

not to hijack the thread, but...
"I blame Bush.... he's an asshole."
Bush isn't great by far... BUT... enough with the trendy bush bashing... that hasn't been the popular thing to do for at least a year now... get over it...and if you are going to speak badly of him, don't say "asshole" instead give reasons why, he has plenty of political decisions that make him unfavorable, but don't just say "asshole" because then you look just as stupid as he does.
