old toyota's are beasts... shit how many of those do you see on a day to day business?...........a million. and there is a reason for that.

Isn't recco what they yell on Boiler room when they had a potential client? lol

I would have to recommend a 94-95 trooper if you want to spend less than 4k and want a reliable 4x4 that’s still cool looking.

Looking at what's available in my area for my price range, Pathfinders are looking more and more tempting.
There aren't many cheap older Toyotas out there; and I am limited to what dealers have available since I have to pay w/ credit card.


Any good/bad info about Nissan Pathfinders (92-95's)?

i wouldn't get an explorer....... their auto tranny's are shit.... i have done rebuild after rebuild to those damn things...... they blow out under normal driving........ have you ever thought that a cheep vehicle ususally have problems? well for cheepness i would for sure go nissan hard body..... damn good trucks..... the xe v6 is a nice ass truck and has good power..... good luck
