My car has been boosted for close to 5 years now and I use the T fitting and have not had a single issue nor have i heard about anyone having issues with them until now. Maybe I've just been lucky or something?

they say that you are more prone to get small bits of debri in the turbo bearings running it from that source. you will find out if you ever open up your turbo.

That's not necessarily true, considering it (the stock oil pressure sensor port) leads to the number 3 main bearing.

And MP5, I'm taking into consideration not just a singular vehicle but of in excess of hundreds of customers cars. It's simply not a great practice to run a T fitting directly from the port.. running a "soft line" from the port then using a T fitting, sure, but not right at the port and certainly not if it's brass (ie. soft metal). Some individuals may get lax with the idea of running a brass T fitting, decide to not just put the stock oil pressure sensor (which is heavy enough given the "right" conditions) but, run an aftermarket oil pressure sending unit and then finally a line for the feed. Combine this with some urethane bushings, hasport race mounts and traction bars and when they lose oil with a quickness, they'll only need to look underneath their intake manifold to see where it's going.
