A person will spend a couple thousand dollars on a bike but will not spend the $120 to properly learn and get licensed to ride

Let's see, riding while intoxicated, running from the cops, stunting on public roadways, passing in a no passing zone while in a curve, and the ever popular t-boning someone because they made a left turn in front of you while you're traveling at an unnecessarily high rate of speed.

Allowing a female or other person to ride on their bike without the appropriate gear.

For the most part I see guys who let their woman ride on the back without a helmet...in high heels and a skirt or skimpy shorts...

If they really cared about this person do they not think it might be a good thing to help keep them safe??
