No shot I'd buy ANYTHING forced induction related that had already been used. ESPECIALLY a frank motor with FI on top. No fucking way.

a.) If you did all that to it, you certainly weren't driving it like a grandma. Chances are excellent you beat the shit out of it.

b.) How do I know it wasn't installed ghetto style.

c.) Adding FI to that car has shortened its lifespan in a big way, dependent on A and B above.

Why in the world would I buy your jankety pieced together nightmare? I guess it might appeal to some silly ricer who was broke and not very smart, but to the general public mods lower the value.

You NEVER get back any investment in the car anyway, you're paying to play. If you were working on the car with an eye towards coming out in the end with the most money possible, you would have left it stock.
I agree with all points except for C. Lifespan is not based on whether or not it is forced induction. Lifespan is primarily based on tuning and overall maintenance. I know many individuals who put turbos on high mileage motors and they run perfect for 50k+.

None of the stuff posted so far matters one bit. The bottom line is there's a buyer for everything. Some people are shopping for a turbo car. They'll pay you more for a turbo car.

Some people are shopping for an NA car. They'll pay you more for an NA car.

Some peope are shopping for a stock car to modify. They won't consider your car anyway.

Building your car to suit the next owner is silly unless you're building it with the intent of selling it as soon as it's finished.

when i look at a turbo charged car just think that theres no way i would even think about buying it cause chances are the car was dogged but i mean you do get stupid people who come buy and then want it and dont realize it couldve been dogged. and i would also look at how much yor trying to boost cause if your trying to boost to much and you didnt change shit in your engine out to meet the standards of the turbo for instance low compression piston then your car is just a bomb waiting to go off but if your engine can handle what your trying to boost then your good and i agree with that other guy why the fuck are you trying to meet the next owners standards do what you want to the car and have fun with it when its time to sell if someone really wants it theyll buy it
