I would recommend changing the oil to a syntec blend, and see if it continues... my dad suggested to put a screw driver to your ear then place it on the valve cover and you can hear where the ticking is comming from... if it is comming from all valves on every cylinder then its your timing, if its comming from one or two then something is stuck...good luck bud
