He did lower my fee by like a bit over $1K then the first judge i saw. . . WTF! how am i supposed to go work?..... What's a legal vehicle i could drive?... Moped? I've heard that anything under 50cc u dont need a license; where does it say that?

 

My license is only suspended in VA tho. I could still legally drive in any other state. . .

Damn, that sucks you lost your license...been there. I rode a bike or bummed rides for my 6 months. Find people to car pool with if you can. I can tell you it isn't worth risking driving...you go to jail the second time...

If I remember correctly, if your license is suspended or revoked, you can't drive any motorize vehicle. That includes mopeds or even the little electric bikes.

public transportation and bike's are your best friend. Also a little unknown fact by most, if you have a suspended license it is technically illegal to drive anything with a motor including scooters. I don't have a license, but the metro in NOVA is a wonderfull thing. Good luck.
